Greenlight identifies potential applicants through a variety of methods such as contacting passive candidates, maintaining relationships with applicants, networking, job postings, mining the internet, and referrals.
Once a candidate has been identified we conduct a prescreen interview which is conducted by a senior member of our recruiting teams. The recruiter determines if a potential candidate is a match for a current opportunity. The recruiting team has at its disposal a variety of tools and subject matter experts to ensure that our candidate has the right technical and soft skills to perform the job to the highest expectations.
After the screening and interview process, a candidate is forwarded to our clients for review. Upon client selection for an interview, Greenlight will make the necessary arrangements for a telephone or in person interview. If you have not heard from your recruiter within 48 hours from the time your resume has been submitted to our client please place a call to your Greenlight recruiter.
Pre-employment Requirements
Applicants are required to provide Greenlight Professional Services, Inc., at least three recent employment references from current or former employers. References are required and conducted to ensure that the candidate's qualifications meet or exceed our clients' requirements. Additionally, as a pre-employment condition Greenlight Professional Services, Inc. will also conduct a criminal background check, drug test and credit check, when necessary. All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of these pre-employment requirements.
