Mr. Goolsby is responsible for the Recruiting efforts and strategies for Greenlight Technical Consulting. He brings over a decade of experience to Greenlight. Mr. Goolsby began his career with Oxford International, a division of Oxford Global Resources. Prior to joining Greenlight, Mr. Goolsby worked for a large Indian Outsourcing/Offshore Consultancy. During his tenure he was responsible for recruiting IT Professionals and Software Engineers from the Indian markets. Laird also worked for Compuware/NuMega, a multi-billion dollar software product and professional services company.
